As of December 2023, Anthony after approximately a decade of service as the Chief Operating & Compliance Officer resigned in good
standing with an organization (www.newempirecorp.com), that he helped scale its related subsidiaries and was responsible for global
operations and assisting creating the infrastructure and ecosystem for a multiple-billion-dollar vertically integrated complimentary real
estate development platform in NYC. His key role was to pave the way for institutional capital and scalability. As an experienced
operational executive, Anthony oversaw the organization’s procedures and was responsible for maximizing efficiencies to standardize,
centralize, and optimize operations and workflow automation in order to meet returns to investors and capital partners. He has more
than 25 years of experience as a real estate and investment executive in the private, public and government sectors—and belongs to a
third-generation private real estate family. New Empire Corp, where he just left his post, successfully renovated, constructed, and
completed ground up luxury condo development of over 100 + real estate projects, averaging $100 million per project, resulting in an
impressive $2 billion in real estate sales over the last decade at his previous position (s) on the C-Suite.
He has decided to relocate for his family due to medical reason for his daughter down to southern Florida. He performed his due diligence within the first quarter and will now be launching in Q2 Mid-April 2024 an organization that our thesis has unearthed the beginning of another cycle about to hit the sunbelt market where the lack of fundamental economics occurred over the last few years based on Covid with unrealistic appreciation gains and debt refinancing that will need to be restructured. He is starting a vertically integrated platform
led by a Private Capital Lending platform where we will be lending to third party real estate investor's as well as investing for himself
and others in deeply discounted residential assets. He will scale the platform and start its vertical integration when cash flow and
market demands, and growth dictate otherwise will operate six sigma lean.
He will again cultivate an environment that promotes innovation, excellence, as well as altruism to give back to the communities a % of net profits where they invest in, and collaboration using as part of their DNA, AI will also play a major role and offer us a competitive advantage with the entire life cycle and ecosystem as operators of the portfolio. He will also be taking on very selective and exclusive consulting opportunities.
His mission is clear – to propel St. James Real Estate and other selected ventures toward operational prowess to build a
sophisticated automated portfolio, attracting accredited investors, UHNWs, Family Offices and ultimately institutional equity capital
type of partner relationships.
